The southern way is glowing and shining
And the gray path curves beside it
People walk, people ride, people run
A boy and a woman, a girl and a child
Black eyes paint cracks
Between the large concrete bricks
High hopes flying far
Herd of breaths stitch roads to fields
And your eyes black me too
Flashing chills up to my toes
As a deep trap that swallowed its prey
Silent and soothing holding it close
?Why did you come, love? Where have you been
Your eyes are two lacks of coal
You are so far and you almost complete
One slow circle around my black soul
Through the south you can smell the odor of smoke
Or maybe it is just the way of the night
Sad angels have not completed their work
Waiting for the morning's first ray of light
